This age group is structured into "competitive" brackets; this means placement of teams is heavily based on previous results.

The RSL provides a three referee system for all 11v11 games. This is important to maintain the best possible standard of officiating, especially in relation to off-side calls.

Teams are split into numbered divisions (D1, D2, D3 etc), the top 4 teams in each division qualify for the RSL Play-off's at the end of both Fall and Spring. In addition every Spring the Division Winners of D1 will progress to the MTOC tournament (there is an additional fee for this tournament).
