All Postponement and/or Re-Schedule requests should now go through club representatives - NOT Individual coaches.
PLEASE BE AWARE IF A GAME GETS POSTPONED & A MUTUAL DATE CAN NOT BE AGREED, YOUR TEAM MAY AUTOMATICALLY FORFEIT
1. Re-Schedules are to be submitted via the Re-Schedule request form by a club representative 96 hours prior to the game day. For example, if a game is scheduled for Saturday, any re schedules for that game must be submitted by Tuesday midnight.
2. Any game postponements which occur after the 96 hour deadline will be rejected. If a team is still unable to fulfill their obligation it will result in an automatic forfeit. In these circumstances, a forfeit will be applied as outlined in the Rules Of Competition (Article 3;Section 2a) 3. Approved postponements are to be rescheduled between both teams, If no mutual date can be agreed, the team which submitted the original postponement request will forfeit that game at the end of the season. In these circumstances, a forfeit will be applied as outlined in the Rules Of Competition (Article 3;Section 2a).
4. In the event of a weather cancellation or act of god** teams should make every effort to re schedule, both teams should offer at least one reasonable date to make the game up. Once a date and time is agreed upon, the home team club rep will fill out the game re schedule form. If a date can not be agreed on the game will not be scored out and will not count towards standings. If one team does offer at least one reasonable date to re schedule and the other offers no days at all to re schedule the game then it would be a 3-0 forfeit to the team that offers no date.
5. Any game that gets abandoned due to weather after it reaches half time will be final and not be re scheduled.
** in certain circumstances the League may opt to schedule games on behalf of both teams, communications will go directly to those affected.
