To view a list of games that may need a report, click the GAME REPORTS menu item on the left menu bar.

You can submit a report by clicking the NEW CENTER REFEREE REPORT button on a specific game, or if you are a mentor hit the drop down arrow and select the NEW MENTOR REPORT:

You will be given a choice of which game to report. Once selected several sections will auto populate, please add the scores (for all age groups) and complete the rest. IMPORTANT - all center referees must upload game day rosters. This is vitally important for league operations, if you have any issues contact your assignor. Here's what the form should look like:
