While the majority of our 200 weekly games proceed without issue, we acknowledge that incidents may occur. To address any misconduct effectively, our league has an independent panel of volunteers dedicated to reviewing and investigating reported issues - the
Compliance Review Board (CRB).
It is important to report any behavior that contradicts the leagues
Code of Conduct. Examples of misconduct that should be reported include, but are not limited to:
Verbal abuse or threats
Physical altercations
Discriminatory remarks
Intimidation or harassment
Feedback about Referees: Please submit feedback pertaining to referees here, the league assignor reviews all submissions. Your input helps us maintain the quality of officiating in our games and gives us insight for referees who need extra training/support.
Spectator Concerns: If you are a spectator and wish to report an issue, we encourage you to first contact your team's coach before submitting the form. Open communication with the coach can often help address concerns effectively.
Provide Factual Information: When completing the report form, focus on presenting factual information. Please avoid including personal opinions, as perceptions of an incident may vary. The Conduct Review Board (CRB) relies on actionable items to take appropriate disciplinary action.
By following these guidelines and working together, we can uphold the values of fair play, respect, and integrity within the Roots Soccer League community. Thank you for your commitment to ensuring a positive and safe environment for all participants.
