The Compliance Review Board (CRB) is comprised of a small independent panel of Member Club Reps who volunteer their time to help enforce the Rules of Competition as well as dealing with feedback generated by participants. The CRB convenes weekly on Tuesdays to review and discuss all misconduct reports received from the previous week, as well as coordinating reports provided by officials. Aligned with the structure and guidance set forth by US Youth Soccer (below), the CRB categorizes reported misconduct and issues sanctions based on the standardized framework.
The Board is responsible for:
- Replying to all misconduct (report form link) and referee reports
- Enforcement of player and/or coach suspensions (red/yellow cards)
- Review of parents/spectator behavior
- Oversight of "out-of-town" player transfer/wavers
- Mediation between RSL Admin and Club Reps
